Charli Adams
Mum of Three | Positivity Advocate | Athlete | Motivational Speaker
Born with Achondroplasia, a form Dwarfism, Charli Adams has always been bubbly and vibrant but spent a lot of her younger years wondering if she’d ever truly be happy.
Struggling with the mental battle that being physically different would mean she would never be accepted, she managed to slowly transform her own self-talk and self-confidence and finally believe that she was enough.
Charli is a representative of the 2013 Australian World Dwarf Games team and brought home a gold and bronze medal at the World Games in Michigan USA, which was huge after always being last in every sport she’d ever tried.
Charli is a mum of two daughters (also both with Dwarfism) and a son. She shares her life on social media with the aim to inspire and spread love and acceptance of any differences, as well remind women that their greatest power is their own self-talk.
